List of sources which I used during the initial research stages of my project to inform the beginnings of my learning about the two main religions I'm investigating, chakra points and how they affect our bodies and day-to-day lifestyle. I particularly am finding a wealth of incredibly valuable information on 'Mind Body Green' a website devoted to helping people find relief from stress through natural techniques, exercises and foods. Source number three lists in detail the problems which occur when each chakra is imbalanced and the feelings achieved once an equality or balance is actually reached. It also includes lists of questions to ask oneself in order to discover a more personalised record of what is imbalanced in your own lifestyle. I think it might be quite a good research exercise for me to record my own answers to these questions listed.
